John Rosero is Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer of Prudential’s U.S. Insurance and Retirement businesses and Marketing and Strategic Initiatives. He is a member of senior management and has served in various roles of increasing responsibility, including as a chief legal officer. He is a Trustee for the Association of the Federal Bar of New Jersey and the Immediate Past Co-Chair of the American Bar Association’s International Trade Committee. Previously, John was appointed as a Senior Fellow in the Division of Global Affairs at Rutgers University and an adjunct professor at the Rutgers Business School. Also, John was a Deputy Regional President for the Hispanic National Bar Association (Region III). He earned a Ph.D. in Global Affairs from Rutgers University, LL.M. (Corporation Law) from New York University Law School, and J.D. from the State University of New York Law School.
